Oscar Altuzarra
Oscar Altuzarra was born in Bilbao in 1971, received his M. Sc. Mechanical Engineering degree from the Engineering School of Bilbao, Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU), Spain, in 1995 and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same University in 1999
